I wonder why is it me who have to help finance the buying of a new house when I'm the one who just start working and possibly having the lowest pay in the family right now. Why is it not them who's earning almost 10k a month in total, driving a BMW 3 series, paying so much for my nephew's pre-primary education and going on holidays that costs them a few thousand at a time? WHY? On top of that, my CPF is pathetic la. How to pay the monthly installments for a new house? Also, if I use my name, next time how am I going to buy house when I get married?

I am not complaining because I may have to help pay for the monthly installments. But more of why are fingers and arrows and whatever else are pointed at me instantly? I just barely started out on my career. I'm still paying back my loans, paying my monthly bills. I still need to save for my future also.

However, I do not wish to bring up the point to my parents that they can ask THEM instead of me as I dont want my parents to think I'm not filial. Tell me what should I do????????

I never fail to amaze myself by how easily I can pass the time by surfing online. Suddenly it's already 2pm and I've not started on editing my lesson plan that is to be handed in tomorrow.

I'm so looking forward to organising one of my lesson next week with my friends for the student-led seminar module! It's on one of my favourite topics to debate about! Inequality! I think I can just go on and on regarding this topic. Hehe.

Recently I have been reading quite a bit of books. From philosophical to chick flicks and what-have-yous. Those books have been interesting at the very least and some times, confusing. I love it when they have a twist at the end and for that matter, it's a romance book. Haha. Right now I'm a sucker for romance books. It can be such an easy read and yet it's so enjoyable. These books go easy on my brain juices too!

I have been squeezing my brain rather dry from its juices these few days. Lesson plans are killing me as I just cant seem to get my flow for the lesson going! See. It's not easy being a teacher. No, make that trainee teacher. I've yet to mastered the art of pacing my lessons and being able to articulate well, especially with my ulcer on the under side of my tongue. Rah. I shall try my very best!

When I went to Suntec on Tuesday, I saw a really nice skirt at Iora. When I went down on Friday evening to try on the skirt, it's gone! It's like OMG! I asked the sales assistant and described to them the skirt and they dont seem to know which one I'm talking about. So I decided to search around the shop myself and I dont see it anymore! Sob. It's either I remember wrongly or it's really sold out. I remember clearly I only stepped into that shop on Tuesday though! 'Cos it's one of the few shops I went into that day! Growls. I really like that skirt! Maybe someone up there is helping me to save money. -Laughs-

It's my micro-teaching trial run tomorrow. Rather worried. The standards are quite high but his expectations are ok. Shall try my best. Havent even started to practise at all! Oops. So dead. Off I go now. Wish me luck!

Went for lessons today. During maths tutorial, was bombarded by the deadlines for assignments. Time is so tight! Although I only have 4 modules this semester, but I have to do quite a bit of lesson plans and test construction. Bah.. I have 6 weeks to go in NIE before I go for practicuum and my assignments are going to pile like crazy. Oh well. Thankfully my micro-teaching is not tomorrow. Had lunch with my 'gang' at JP and walked around a little. Decided to head to Popular and check out the textbooks. Sadly, the chemistry text is still out of stock. Looked around at the assessments section and decided to buy a handful of assessments/guides to prepare myself for the syllabus. A and I kept saying money cannot be saved for this kind of thing. Need to have some investment which is so true as I have totally lost touch of the syllabus and also I needed questions for reference for my assignments. Hehe. So mai hiam buay pai. (It's not bad if we're not too calculative)

Alrights. I think I shall go take a break first. It's tiring to be at Popular for about 1.5 hours looking at assessments books?! Plus I got myself new stationery. Yay! I just cant help it. LOL.

Decided to clear parts of my room today. And I really mean clear. I dumped all my notes from Uni and saved the textbooks. Cleared my study table too. But I've yet to packed them neatly. Got tired and my back was hurting. So decided to leave it as it is. Shall continue next week or something.

I'm so not looking forward to micro-teaching. Help!

P.S. I rebonded my hair again and I love it so much! So soft and silky and of course straight!! Haha.

Decided to settle it! Heh. Isnt it a beauty? Simplicity is fantastic! I'm almost done with the editing but I shall continue them tomorrow as it's too late for me to look at html codes and figure them out. It's just too complex for me and totally beyond my current brain activity now.

Happy 2007 to all! I hope it'll be a really good year ahead! It's definitely going to be a very challenging year ahead for me. I had a shock on New Year's day as I finally decided to check my portal email. I still have a library book which I failed to notice that I have not returned it. It's now 14 days over due and I need to return it immediately. Oops. I should have checked my email earlier! Oh well. I just have to make a special trip down to NIE tomorrow just to return it. Bah..

I packed a little part of my room today. My mountain of bags. Haha. I realised I DO have a lot of bags, especially backpacks. I need to buy another container to put all my casual bags into it as my current is packed full with my working or going-out shoulder bags. Next, I'll clear up my study table and finally, pack my wardrobe!! I rescued a really pretty heart-shaped container made from wires from my tenant's pile of unwanted stuff. I'm planning to put some stuff into it! Just how it wont rust!

Oh ya. I'm planning to build my own PC and I need help! Anyone got any lobangs can let me know ok? Thanks!

Anyhow, I'm going use the last week of my final holidays to pack my room and thoroughly be a couch potato. Haha. I hate to think of the work that's going to pile up from 8th January onwards!
